Customers can reserve and \/ or issue their tickets by contacting our appointed travel Agents, through our website&nbsp; (<a href=\"https:\/\/magicseaferries.gr\/en\/\">https:\/\/magicseaferries.gr\/en\/<\/a>), or by visiting our local port offices \/ Agencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the regulations of the Directive 98\/41\/EC\/1998, referring to people sailing on board of passenger ships operating to and \/ or from Greek waters, as well as Directive 23\/1999 and the amendments stated of Directive 102\/2019(A 182), passengers\u2019 registration is mandatory. Tickets must include passenger\u2019s full name, date of birth, gender<strong>,<\/strong><strong> <\/strong>and nationality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Passengers with disabilities or requesting special assistance, should always inform our company during booking and \/ or issuance of the ticket.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When reserving \/ issuing a ticket, passengers are requested to provide their mobile number (including the four-digit code of their country) and their email address, enabling the communication in case of an emergency (i.e. any change or cancellation of the scheduled departure \/ arrival due to bad weather conditions etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If passengers refuse or fail to provide correct contact details, company does not hold any liability for failing to notify in case of such emergency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For vehicle, plate number is mandatory to be advised on the reservation or the issuance of the ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Business, Premium Economy, Economy, or Super Economy tickets are issued with a seat number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Passengers holding an E-ticket, can board the vessel by presenting it (either in hard copy or electronic format).<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"lightweight-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"lightweight-accordion-title\"><span><strong><strong>TICKET OPTION DATE POLICY<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/summary><div class=\"lightweight-accordion-body\">\n\n<p>During the booking procedure, each Travel Agent will advise the passenger a date automatically set by the system till which passenger must issue their ticket. If they fail to issue the ticket within this specific period of time, the reservation is automatically cancelled.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"lightweight-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"lightweight-accordion-title\"><span><strong><strong>OPEN DATE TICKET POLICY<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/summary><div class=\"lightweight-accordion-body\">\n\n<p>Passengers holding an open date ticket, should make their reservation on time, based on seat availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Passengers upgrading an open ticket, need to pay the difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In case of a downgrade, passengers are not entitled to a refund.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"lightweight-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"lightweight-accordion-title\"><span><strong><strong>OPEN DATE TICKETS DEADLINE<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/summary><div class=\"lightweight-accordion-body\">\n\n<p>Tickets, converted or issued as open-date-tickets, are valid for travelling within one year from the date that were originally issued.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"lightweight-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"lightweight-accordion-title\"><span><strong><strong>TICKET CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/summary><div class=\"lightweight-accordion-body\">\n\n<p><strong><em><u>Route : Lavrio \u2013 Cyclades<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According t\u03bf: Ship Passenger Rights\u201d, based on Regulation No 4150\/201, below are the general terms that apply to\u00a0 tickets cancelation policy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cancelation up to 14 days before the departure date and time:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full refund of the ticket value<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tickets can be converted to open date tickets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tickets can be rescheduled for another date of departure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cancelation up to 7 days before the departure date and time:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>75% refund of the ticket value<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tickets can be converted to open date tickets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tickets can be rescheduled for another date of departure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cancelation up to 12 hours before the departure time:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>50% refund of the ticket value<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tickets can be converted to open date tickets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tickets can be rescheduled for another date of departure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cancelation up to 3 hours before the departure time:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tickets can be converted to open date tickets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tickets can be rescheduled for another date of departure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cancelation less than 3 hours before the departure time:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tickets are non refundable, can not be be converted to open date tickets or be rescheduled for another date of departure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>After vessel\u2019s departure:<\/strong> Tickets can be converted to open date tickets or be rescheduled for another date of departure only in cases of proven force majeure, by contacting <strong>info@magicseaferries.gr<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><u>Route : Argosaronikos<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>High Season (03\/04\/2026 \u2013 19\/04\/2026 &amp; 28\/05\/2026-13\/09\/2026)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cancelation up to 4 days before the departure date and time:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full refund of the ticket value<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tickets can be converted to open date tickets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tickets can be rescheduled for another date of departure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Cancelation up to 2 hours before the departure time<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>50% refund of the Ticket value<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tickets can be converted to open date tickets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tickets can be rescheduled for another date of departure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Cancelation less than 2 hours before scheduled departure<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tickets <strong>can not<\/strong> be converted to open date tickets or be rescheduled for another date of departure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In <strong>Piraeus-Aigina-Agistri<\/strong> route, tickets can be converted to open date tickets or rescheduled for another date, up to the departure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>After vessel\u2019s departure:<\/strong> Tickets can be converted to open date tickets or be rescheduled for another date of departure only in cases of proven force majeure, by contacting <strong>info@magicseaferries.gr<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Low Season<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cancelation up to 1 day (24h) before scheduled departure:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full refund of the ticket value<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tickets can be converted to open date tickets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tickets can be rescheduled for another date of departure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cancelation till vessel\u2019s departure :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>50% refund of the Ticket value<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tickets can be converted to open date tickets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tickets can be rescheduled for another date of departure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>After vessel\u2019s departure:<\/strong> Tickets can be converted to open date tickets or be rescheduled for another date of departure only in cases of proven force majeure, by contacting <strong>info@magicseaferries.gr<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"lightweight-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"lightweight-accordion-title\"><span><strong>OPEN TICKET CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><\/span><\/summary><div class=\"lightweight-accordion-body\">\n\n<p>Open date tickets can be cancelled, without cancellation fees, only if they were originally issued as open date tickets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tickets converted to open dated, in case of cancellation, follow the <strong>Ticket Cancellation<\/strong> <strong>Policy of the General Terms.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ticket value will be refunded only from the Travel Agency that issued the ticket.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"lightweight-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"lightweight-accordion-title\"><span><strong>TICKET CANCELLATION POLICY OF A LEG ON ALLER\/RETOUR TICKETS<\/strong><\/span><\/summary><div class=\"lightweight-accordion-body\">\n\n<p>In the event of cancelling the outbound journey on issued aller\/retour tickets where a return discount has been applied to the return ticket, the passenger must pay the difference that results from the full (non-discounted) fare.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"lightweight-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"lightweight-accordion-title\"><span><strong><strong>LOSS OF TICKET<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/summary><div class=\"lightweight-accordion-body\">\n\n<p>In the event of a ticket loss, passenger must notify the company in writing and a new ticket will be issued as replacement of the old one.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"lightweight-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"lightweight-accordion-title\"><span><strong><strong>PASSENGERS WITH DISABILITIES<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/summary><div class=\"lightweight-accordion-body\">\n\n<p>Passengers with disabilities or requesting special assistance, should always inform our company during booking and \/ or issuance of the ticket. Our vessels are equipped with special ramps and seats in order our passengers with disabilities to have a comfortable travel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to the limited number of said seats, we advise our passengers to book their tickets soonest possible.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"lightweight-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"lightweight-accordion-title\"><span><strong><strong>INFANTS &amp; CHILDREN UNDER 5 YEARS OLD<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/summary><div class=\"lightweight-accordion-body\">\n\n<p>Children under the age of 5 travel free of charge with a zero-value ticket at Economy class.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"lightweight-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"lightweight-accordion-title\"><span><strong><strong>EMBARKATION PROCEDURE<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/summary><div class=\"lightweight-accordion-body\">\n\n<p>The embarkation procedure starts approximately 30 minutes prior vessel&#8217;s departure, where passengers should be at the embarkation area, with their&nbsp;tickets and any other necessary document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In case they travel with a vehicle, they should be at the port approximately 1 hour before vessel&#8217;s departure.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"lightweight-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"lightweight-accordion-title\"><span><strong><strong>TICKET CONTROL<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/summary><div class=\"lightweight-accordion-body\">\n\n<p>During the embarkation procedure, as well as during the trip, our crew members reserve the right to conduct ticket checks, during which passengers must show their tickets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When a discount applies to the ticket fare, it is mandatory for the passenger to provide the necessary supporting documents required to prove eligibility for the discount.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"lightweight-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"lightweight-accordion-title\"><span><strong><strong>CHILDREN &amp; UNDERAGED PASSENGERS<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/summary><div class=\"lightweight-accordion-body\">\n\n<p>Children up to 15 years old, are not allowed to travel unaccompanied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Children between the age of 15 and 18 years old are able to travel without an adult, as long as they provide a written permission to travel, by a legal guardian and the necessary travel documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company holds the right to refuse the embarkation in case the underaged passenger does not provide said written permission.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"lightweight-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"lightweight-accordion-title\"><span><strong><strong>ELECTRIC VEHICLES<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/summary><div class=\"lightweight-accordion-body\">\n\n<p>In accordance with the circular of the Ministry of Merchant Marine and Island Policy, Prot. No.: 2070.0\/28541\/2024, regarding \u201cAdditional measures for the carriage of alternative fuel vehicles (AFV) with passenger ships\u201d, passengers are informed that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For fully electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles, battery temperature must be checked and the state of charge must not exceed 40% of the total capacity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For vehicles running on alternative fuels, such as LPG or natural gas, tanks must not contain more than 50% of their total capacity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passengers driving vehicles must immediately inform the ship&#8217;s crew of any vehicle warnings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is prohibited to load AFV vehicles with malfunctions in the fuel system, tanks, or batteries. The responsibility to ensure the absence of malfunctions lies solely with the vehicle owners, and the shipping company may verify this in its own way.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Charging electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles on board the vessel is prohibited. It must be ensured that the vehicles are not connected to a power source on board.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"lightweight-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"lightweight-accordion-title\"><span><strong><strong>SCHEDULES<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/summary><div class=\"lightweight-accordion-body\">\n\n<p>Our company\u2019s departure schedules are officially published and posted to our website, as well as printed on our company\u2019s brochure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Company reserves the right to amend and \/ or cancel vessel\u2019s scheduled departure \/ arrival in case needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estimated arrival of the vessel refers to the arrival on each port.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"lightweight-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"lightweight-accordion-title\"><span><strong><strong><strong>DELAYS DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/summary><div class=\"lightweight-accordion-body\">\n\n<p>In the event of vessels delay due to force majeure, passengers will board the vessel without having to replace their tickets.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"lightweight-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"lightweight-accordion-title\"><span><strong>CANCELLATION OF THE ITINERARY DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE<\/strong><\/span><\/summary><div class=\"lightweight-accordion-body\">\n\n<p>In the event of a cancellation due to Force Majeure, passenger will travel with the next scheduled departure in order to reach their destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT NOTE: <\/strong>We would recommend our passengers with another scheduled departureafter arriving, to leave a 60 min window till the next departure giving them the proper time to reach safe their next embarkation point.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"lightweight-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"lightweight-accordion-title\"><span><strong><strong>PETS<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/summary><div class=\"lightweight-accordion-body\">\n\n<p>According to law 4039\/2012-FEK A154 dated 01\/03\/2022, companion animals in order to travel need to be registered in the National Register of Pet Animals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our vessels are equipped with special areas for the safe transportation of passengers\u2019 pets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pets are not allowed in vessel\u2019s interior area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Passengers travelling with their pets are sole responsible for their safety, hygiene and care, information that should declare while issuing their tickets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unaccompanied pets are not accepted for embarkation.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"lightweight-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"lightweight-accordion-title\"><span><strong><strong>LUGGAGE<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/summary><div class=\"lightweight-accordion-body\">\n\n<p>Passengers can carry luggage up to 50 kgs or 1 cubic meter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vessels contain special areas for luggage to be placed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Passengers can hand over their valuables for safe keeping to our vessels designated area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Company does not hold any responsibility for the damage or loss of passengers\u2019 luggage, valuables or money at the common areas of the ship or left inside the bags.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Company is responsible for the damage or loss of passengers\u2019 luggage and \/ or valuables only if they were handed over for safe-keeping to vessels designated areas and a relevant document \/ receipts is issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Passengers are strictly forbitten to carry dangerous or flammable material.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"lightweight-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"lightweight-accordion-title\"><span><strong><strong>SMOKING POLICY<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/summary><div class=\"lightweight-accordion-body\">\n\n<p>According to the Law 3730 of the Greek Ministry of Health, smoking is forbidden in all the interior areas of the vessel.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"lightweight-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"lightweight-accordion-title\"><span><strong><strong>SAFETY POLICY<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/summary><div class=\"lightweight-accordion-body\">\n\n<p>For Safety reasons, all vessels in Greece follow rules and regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Passengers are obliged to comply with those rules and Captains instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Company reserves the right to refuse the embarkation of any passenger that doesn\u2019t comply with said rules and instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For safety reasons, company may examine the personal belongings, luggage and \/ or cabin of a passenger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Passengers carrying weapons are obliged to declare it during the embarkation, to vessel\u2019s authorized personnel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The disembarkation of passenger is upon approval of the officers of the vessel.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"lightweight-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"lightweight-accordion-title\"><span><strong><strong>SHIP PASSENGER RIGHTS<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/summary><div class=\"lightweight-accordion-body\">\n\n<p>Passengers can visit the official website of Hellenic coastguard where they can be informed of their rights (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hcg.gr\/en\/information\/test\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.hcg.gr\/en\/information\/test\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"lightweight-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"lightweight-accordion-title\"><span><strong><strong>DISPUTE RESOLUTION<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/summary><div class=\"lightweight-accordion-body\">\n\n<p>For any dispute arise between the passengers and the company Piraeus court is responsible for the
